ICUII ist ein Vollfarb-IP-basierte Videokonferenzsystem. ICUII enthält eine Quick Message-Funktion, Audio-, Text-, und / oder ein Videobild für jeden Benutzer auf das Verzeichnis, oder Ihre Pal Liste senden dürfen. Weitere Features sind visuelle Anrufer-ID, einen "Bitte nicht stören"-Option, eine Buddy-Liste, Bild E-Mail, Benutzerprofile mit Fotos, ein 320x240-Pixel-Bildschirm, Content-Filter und Global Listings, Instant Message-Weiterleitung von neuen und gespeichert Sofortnachrichten.
